Novel Outline Class

If you want to get ready for NaNoWriMo, consider signing up for my creative writing class at the Octagon Center for the Arts. The class will run Monday nights in October and November. Having classmates to report to is a great way to motivate yourself to outline your novel!

Creative Writing: The Novel, 16 and older
Monday, 7-9pm
Oct 4- Nov 22 (8 weeks), $80
This workshop will help you create the characters, history, plot, and world for your very own full-length novel. Class time will include short lectures on various aspects of writing, discussion of readings, sharing ideas with classmates and writing time. You will leave this experience with increased creativity; an outline your very own story/ novella/novel; greater knowledge about the rules of writing and how stories are constructed; as well as information about possible markets for your creation. Join us for this traditional creative writing workshop experience!
